Clear terms regarding voluntary donations, duplicate transactions, and refund requests.
Donations made to Khadija Foundation are voluntary contributions for humanitarian causes. Once an official 80G tax receipt has been generated, donations are generally non-refundable as funds are immediately allocated to field operations.
If a donor experiences a technical error resulting in duplicate debits or an incorrect amount entered by mistake, a written refund request must be sent to accounts@khadijafoundation.org within 7 days along with transaction proof.
Approved refund requests are processed back to the original source payment method (bank account / card / UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.
